# Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at contact@shopcelinastudio.com within 7 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions. Once your return request has been submitted, the package must be shipped back within 7 days of the request to qualify for a full refund. Unless your return is the result of a shipping error or a damaged item, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet the applicable requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Store credit option. When you contact us to start a return, you may choose Celina Studio store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. The credit equals your refund amount, is emailed to you as a personal discount code, and never expires — use it toward any future order.

Final sale items and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded. Celina Studio does not offer exchanges.
